HowTo Get Started

1. Comunicate to our Patient Manager:

Please let us know what you need. Describe your problem as accurate as possible. If you already have a treatment plan from your local dentist, please send it to us as it will help us better understand your problem.

2. Setting an appointment

Our manager will be able to check our availability to create a schedule regarding your treatment,
your time frame and the type of procedure you will need to fulfill your expectations.

Terms and condition for the appointment

We are always pleased to assist our clients whenever we can. This document gives details of our terms and conditions of service. If, however, you have any queries or need clarification, please contact us and a member of staff will be happy to help you.

Treatment planning:
Once your treatment plan has been agreed with the Dentist, we will provide printed details of your plan. If this plan changes due to radiographic or clinical findings, we will inform you and discuss this with you. Treatment plans are valid for net 90 days from the date the treatment was prescribed. If there are any points on your treatment plan that you wish to query, please do not hesitate to ask us, before the appointments for actual treatments are made.

Consent forms:
Certain treatments require completion of a written consent form. This is in order to explain the treatment, aftercare and any risk to you thoroughly, before any of these treatments are carried out.

Late cancellation or missed appointments:
Flikier Dental Institute reserves the right to charge up to $100 per hour, in the event of a missed appointment or an appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice. For appointments longer than 1 hour, we require at least 72 hours.

3. Planning and Coordination:

Once you have your appointment, our doctor will help you coordinate care during the days of the procedure:

  • Best accomodations.
  • Accurate medicine supply.
  • Pre-op and post operatory planning.

To help identify any needs you may have to ensure a smooth process during the treatment.
